Refund policy

As a small, custom-based business....we do not have a refund policy. Once an order is placed, we do not offer a refund. That being said, we want everyone to be happy. If there is a problem with your order, just contact us and we will be happy to fix it! Once we have inventory available, we will offer an exchange only policy. If a custom gown does not work for you for some reason, if it is something we feel we can re-sell...then we can give store credit. Customer responsible for paying to ship back items, and include insurance and tracking.
